I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and have been using a REMstar Plus with a Wisp Nasal Pillow. It works fine, but I was just wondering if it is worth it to upgrade to a BiPAP. A reduced pressure when exhaling sounds like it could make my treatment more comfortable.

What are your thoughts? Has anybody compared the two?

Hello, yes they have been compared here's the info:

https://www.sleepassociation.org/cpap-vs-bipap/

As far as I know if you the CPAP does the job for your condition you don't need a BiPAP. It's just that the BiPAP machine delivers the oxygen in a different more intelligent way.

Hope this helps.
