  1. Hello, I’ve recently developed a habit where I sleep well every other night. I have a parent who follows this pattern and I think I have picked it up as being “okay.” I almost feel guilty sleeping well on the “other night.” I am working on using CBT techniques to address this issue and am having trouble coming up with a positive thought replacement to the following thought: “Since I slept well last night I won’t sleep well tonight. I feel guilty sleeping well 2 nights in a row when my mom cant.” Can anyone help me with a good replacement thought to perhaps help me sleep better?
