I’m 61 and have had sleep issues since birth, I’m told I was the only baby in the nursery at the hospital that didn’t sleep but was always in a good mood. I usually will fall asleep but wake up anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours later, drifting in and out of sleep for minutes at a time. There have been periods of up to 11 days without any sleep. I was also diagnosed with severe sleep apnea which apparently caused hypertension that ended with a bypass for a blocked artery this summer. I have to use the CPAP, but I’m still getting the same results. I’ve tried Ambien and a few other prescription drugs without any success, they only made the situation worse. I’ve had Belsoma recommended to me, has anyone had any experience with this?
