my 14 months toddler wakes 5 times at night and wont go back to sleep without nursing or swinging, uptil the age of 7 month he had good sleeping habits but suddenly after 7 months he started waking up at night, plz tell how should i deal with this situation

Please take your son to a doctor and more specifically a sleep doctor that specializes in pediatrics if possible. It may be that he has a sleep disorder and a specialist would be able to evaluate as well as treat the concern.

Have you tried using lavender oil? It works amazingly well. You can buy natural room sprays or candles, incense, ect. Some babies simply can’t adjust outside the womb. It doesn’t mean something is wrong. Babies can be light sleepers too! Try placing the shirt you wore that day with your baby at night. 14 months with sleeping issues is something that is not unheard of. It happens all the time. Some babies grow into toddlers, and have sleeping issues till they are 3 or 4. Just don’t panic. Your child with subconsciously pick up on that and the sleeping habits can become worse.

Did you child’s sleep get better yet?
I suspect that time healed that problem.

If not, consider getting more sunlight during the daytime and limiting total nap time.
